Vanilla Icecream

Cook Time 3 hours hrs
- 2 cups thickened cream
- 1 cup milk (full cream)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- pinch salt
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Use a whisk to mix everything until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
Transfer the mixture to the fridge and let chill for at least 1 hour.
Churn the mixture in an icecream machine as per manufactuers instructions.
Transfer the icecream to and airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours, until hardened.
