Raspberry Smash

- 100 grams raspberries fresh or frozen
- 100 grams ice
- 250 ml apple juice
- lemon juice
- soda water
- mint leaves for garnish
Start by adding the raspberries, ice and apple juice to a blender.
Blend on a medium speed until the raspberries are broken up.
Next, strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Finally, add a dash of lemon juice and top with a small amount of soda water.
