Ingredients
 

  • 100 grams raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 100 grams ice
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • lemon juice
  • soda water
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the raspberries, ice and apple juice to a blender.
  • Blend on a medium speed until the raspberries are broken up.
  • Next, strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Finally, add a dash of lemon juice and top with a small amount of soda water.
