Peanut Crisps

- 115 grams butter
- 170 grams sugar
- 285 grams self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 100 grams dark chocolate, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 170 °C.
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add in the egg, then peanuts and finally the dry ingredients, mixing between each addition.
Roll small balls of dough in your hand and place onto trays lined with baking paper. Press each ball down flat with a fork.
Bake the biscuits for 22 minutes, until lightly golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Melt the dark chocolate and transfer to a piping bag. Drizzle over the top of the biscuits.
