Crispy Tortilla Chips

- 6 corn or flour tortillas
- olive oil
- sea salt
Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. You can do more or less triangles, depending on how big you want to make the tortillas.
Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer across the 2 baking trays.
Brush each tortilla chip with a light coating of olive oil. Alternatively you can use a spray oil for this step.
Give a generous coating of sea salt across the tortilla chips.
Bake for 10 minutes. Check the tortilla chips often and if you find that some are starting to brown too quickly you may need rotate the baking trays.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
