Chocolate Fudge Slice

- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
- 120 grams Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup Mixed Fruit
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa
In a large mixing bowl rub the butter into the flour.
Add in the dry ingredients and fruit. Add the egg and mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
Place the batter into a slice tin lined with baking paper and press the batter down to make an even layer.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
Cut into slices while hot and leave in the tin until cool. Dust with icing sugar.
