Chocolate Fudge Slice

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Self-Raising Flour
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup Mixed Fruit
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl rub the butter into the flour.
  • Add in the dry ingredients and fruit. Add the egg and mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Place the batter into a slice tin lined with baking paper and press the batter down to make an even layer.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 20 mins.
  • Cut into slices while hot and leave in the tin until cool. Dust with icing sugar.
