- 120 grams butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons glace cheeries, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the cherries, essence and flour and mix until just combined.
Place teaspoons of batter onto a tray lined with baking paper. Press the balls flat.
Bake the biscuits for 10 minutes, until light golden brown in color.
